Cambria – Social Media Overview

I established and executed all social media marketing during my tenure at Cambria.

After starting at Cambria in 2008, I planned the strategy for, created, implemented, and maintained all social media programs, including Twitter, Facebook, Flickr, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

In creating the social media program at Cambria, the biggest challenges were educating the company on the purpose and possibilities of social marketing, establishing an appropriate approach for each unique network, and building a thoughtful response process to amplify positive comments and react appropriately to anything negative.
